Shipping & Delivery Timelines
• Regular Shipping: FREE (3-7 working days, depending on location).
• Express Shipping: ₹500 (1-3 working days in major cities of India).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, and email to keep you updated every step of the way.
For items marked PREORDER in the description, please allow 7-10 working days for dispatch.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
📦 Shows Delivered But Not Received?
If your package status shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please track it immediately using the provided details. Due to updated courier policies across India, you must inform us within 3 days of the delivery status to initiate a resolution. Unfortunately, after 72 hours, the courier company no longer accepts complaints, and we won’t be liable for any delays in reporting.
Domestic Shipping
We partner with premium courier services, including DTDC, BlueDart, Ecom, and Delhivery, to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.
While we do our best to get your order to you on time, please note that delays due to unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, or courier company issues are beyond our control. However, we’ll always keep you informed in case of any unexpected delays.

Shows Delivered but Not Received
You are requested to track your package when it shows as delivered in your email or SMS notifications.
As per the latest courier company policies across India, you must inform us within 3 days if your package isn’t delivered but is marked as delivered in tracking.
The courier company does not accept complaints beyond 72 hours of marked delivery, and we will not be liable for any delay in informing us.

How to Handover an Exchange Parcel
• All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
• Garments and fabrics without tagging provisions can still be exchanged.
• Ensure that the items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
• Include the shipping label while returning the parcel.
