At Sassy Side Up, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. We take great care to ensure you receive high-quality products, but we also understand that preferences for fit and fabric can vary. That’s why we offer easy exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order!
You are required to apply for an exchange on our website within 7 working days of receiving the package.
Exchange Policy
• We happily offer exchanges on all products except for intimate wear (swimwear & lingerie) due to hygiene reasons. These must have their original tags and hygiene stickers intact.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Exchanges/returns are limited to once per order.
• Store credit (Gift Card) valid for 3 months will be issued for exchanged items.
• Items purchased with a Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged again.
• Packages that do not meet these conditions will be rejected during quality check (QC) and returned to the customer.
Return Policy
• If you prefer a return, we offer store credit (Gift Card), valid for 3 months, so you can find something else you love!
Exchange Procedure
1. Apply for an exchange/return by emailing us at shopsassysideup@gmail.com.
2. Fill in the required details, including the order number and registered email/contact information.
3. Select the products eligible for exchange/return and provide a reason along with additional remarks and relevant images (if required).
4. Choose store credit as the refund option to successfully place the exchange request.
5. If the request involves a defective or incorrect item, uploading relevant images is mandatory.
6. Approval/rejection of the request may take 24-48 hours.
7. Once approved, the item will be picked up within 1-3 working days by our courier partner.
8. Please take a picture or video of the product while handing it over to the delivery person as proof for any disputes.
9. Only handover the item for which the pickup is arranged. Any unaccounted items handed over will not be our responsibility.
10. A reverse pickup charge of ₹200 is applicable for exchanges.
11. Within 2-3 working days of the package being picked up, a Store Credit (Gift Card) will be issued to the email used for placing the order.
12. The Store Credit amount will be calculated after deducting the ₹200 reverse pickup charge from the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
